Adult Faith Formation

7 am Bible Study:
Join us on Tuesday mornings at 7 am for prayer and Bible Study/Book Study.
Meadows Bible Study:
We provide Communion and a Bible Study twice a month at the local Ecumen Meadows Assisted Living Facility. Those who do not reside in the facility are welcomed and encouraged to attend. The studies generally happen on the first and third Mondays of the month at 2 pm but are subject to change (pending on other activities at the Meadows, scheduling issues, etc.). Please contact Pastor Jeanette to confirm the schedule.
Women’s Circle:
Our First Lutheran Women’s Circle meets during
the school year on the third Thursday for fellowship, prayer and a
Bible Study. Please contact Sandy Poppema at
spoppemawestshore@gmail.com or call the church office with
questions.
Beverages and Bibles:
We meet once a month at a local
restaurant/bar for ecumenical faith conversations. Casual. Come if
you have a lot of Bible knowledge or none. No Bible needed
(information provided). The group will buy your first drink for the
first time you join us.
Abundant Nets:
This group periodically hosts movies,
conversations and events to help our congregation better
understand and walk with our beautifully diverse community.
